SENSPERIENCE is a unique interactive game. This immersive theatrical/escape game experience was developed in cooperation with international psychologists and game designers. It’s not theatre. It’s not an escape room. It’s an adventure far beyond that. When your team arrives, you’ll all be blindfolded – then you’ll be guided to sit on a row of seats in the room where the scenario will take place. Everything that takes place around you will be seen only in your imagination. Without leaving your seat, you’ll experience another world through your other heightened senses. Don’t worry, you’ll forget in the first few minutes that you cannot see, just as soon as you hear the gamemaster say: “The game has begun.” Interactivity: The gamemaster will lead your and your teammates through the game. He or she will be your guide and your eyes. Through interacting and talking to the gamemaster, you’ll be able to move, see and feel the environment in which you’ll experience the game. On your mission you’ll also interact with live actors (they’ll speak either English or Slovenian language) and feel and use real objects. You and your team will be the ones who decide what happens in the game. In this unique and unforgettable experience, you won’t use your eyes, thus making your other senses even more important. Your other senses will be actively involved in the game. You’ll hear sounds, smell odours, touch and use objects – you will feel the realistic world around you – and you’ll actually see it in your imagination! It will be an experience that you’ll talk about for weeks. The original idea for the game was made in collaboration with Russian military psychologists, who use similar techniques to cure PTS and to best emulate critical situations. Without a doubt, SENSPERIENCE is the most immersive and deep gaming experience you can ever imagine! You’ll feel strong emotions and an adrenaline rush since the imaginary world in your head will become so realistic. But don’t forget: It’s only a game – and you are playing the main role. Nothing can endanger you or your health in real life, every interaction is 100% safe. Gather your team and escape reality! The room is not accessible for wheelchair users, but especially friendly and recommended for the visually impaired.

Murska Sobota Castle and its Renaissance concept go back to the 16th century. Among the outstanding Renaissance architectural elements are stone window frames and the stone arch of the northern portal. Together with its park, Murska Sobota Castle is an important centre of cultural and social events in the town. Since 1956, it has housed the Regional Pomurje Museum, Murska Sobota, featuring a permanent exhibition on the life of people on the Mura from the first settlement to the present (museum is not yet accessible for wheelchairs). The castle also houses the Youth Information and Culture Club (Mikk), which organises programmes of modern visual arts and music by young artists, selected concerts, and presentations in the club’s café. MIKK is accessible for wheelchair users via ramp, that is quite steep. They also have a disabled toilet. There is also a multi-purpose hall for minor stage performances and shows, events, and meetings. The hall has an induction loop for the hard of hearing. A special festival and tourist event are the Sobota Days at the end of June, when the town launches a very diverse programme of summer musical and stage events. This festival is accessible for wheelchairs.
