It also has a cafe and a film bookshop, all od which is completely accessible, and has a large, comfortable toilet for people with disabilites. Besides being a cinema with regular programme, it is also a place for various events and festivals, like the Ljubljana International Film Festival (LIFFe) and Animateka. The organisation brings together film aficionados as well as film experts from all over the globe. Kinodvor offers quality programme including independent production, Slovenian, European and world cinema (mostly first-run releases). Don't miss out on a Sunday breakfasts with coffee and a freshly-baked croissant paired with a good film, while their baby sitters take care of your little ones. Monthly screenings for parents with babies are also organised, thus the hall is dimmed, the film is screened at a lower volume and nursing is allowed. Cinema's bookshops offers books with special programme-related content, specialised films and other literary works, as well as film DVDs and soundtracks, making it a must-see for all cinema enthusiasts. Accessibility: The main hall is accessible for wheelchair users via a lift (max. capacity 280kg), also the Cafe is completely accessible. There is limited access to the small hall. SNG (Slovensko narodno gledališče) - The Slovene National Theatre Maribor is the main cultural institution in the town of Maribor and in north-eastern Slovenia. Since it was established in 1919 it has had an immense cultural and political role through its cultural creativity. Slovene National Theatre Maribor is one of the largest cultural and artistic institute in Slovenia, which is organised into five units: Drama, Opera, Ballet, Symphonic Orchestra and the Borštnik Festival. For wheelchair users they have a ramp at the entrance and a disabled toilet. Great hall (Velika dvorana) is accessible without barriers. There they have specially designated places for 2+2 wheelchairs. Then there is an elevator to access the Old hall (Stara dvorana), Chamber and Small stage (Mali in Komorni oder) and Kazinska hall (Kazinska dvorana). For the hard of hearing there is the induction loop in the Stara hall (Stara dvorana).

The hall is a part of the firefighter association building and it is on the 1st floor. It was renovated in 2001 and it consists of 156 seats and 72 seats on the balcony (altogether 228 seats). Besides the hall the are also toilet facilities, hallway, backstage, wardrobe. It is suitable for theatre plays, puppet shows, concerts, celebrations, presentations, seminars, lectures, gala dances, meetings and other. Lightning plus sound, including air conditioning is included. You can also rent it. It is suitable only for the hard of hearing, as they have an induction loop (available at a sounded event).

Scuba diving in tandem in lake Bled, in their words - compared to diving in the Caribbean. And a different experience, as the water is clear, and with unusual underwater environment. The lake is 2120m long, 1080m wide, and 30m deep. You dive together with Mr. Matjaž Repnik, disabled people instructor, with many years of experience in diving with people with different disabilities. Firstly he gives a short presentation, explaines everything, then you slowly start, first in shallow water, then continue in more deep. For wheelchair users they don't have a ramp, so it is advised you come with a friend or an assistant, to help you lift in the lake. He has also dived with people with mental difficulties and visually impaired. For those he uses a special underwater alphabet.

Forest classroom intended for the visually impaired. The path is quite steep and not really solid, so wheelchair users might need help. The classroom consists of accessible path, sandy platform and a wooden terrace, with the wooden fence on the sides. It is designed so that you get to know the classroom's elements by moving on it's edge. It is intended for learning the differences between natural parks and monuments, and the designed nature (city parks), and learning about deciduous tree species.

Center for raising awareness about the coexistence of a man and large carnivores (bears, wolfs and eurasian lynx). An interactive exhibition, which encourages visitors to get the experience with all the senses and encourage also the reflection. The employees present the biology in the ecology of the large carnivores of the Dinaric-Karst region (Slovenia, Croatia) and raise awareness among visitors, residents, professional and other interested public about the importance of conserving large carnivores and their ecosystem servicies. Accessible for wheelchairs, except the 1st and 2nd "pit stop", where the screens are set up like this, that someone sitting down can't reach them. But employees can help you. All the contents on the screens are subtitled for the hard of hearing. For the visually impaired the employees interpret everything, they can also touch some exhibits, for example sheaths, and other gadgets for tracking the animals. They can also enjoy in ambiental sounds, and sounds of wild animals in the forrest.

If you want to see the city from another perspective, take a 1 hour boat ride on the Green Ljubljanica river. For wheelchair users the boat is accessible from the butchers bridge, where you take an elevator that takes you down one floor. You need to call them one hour prior boarding so they can prepare a special lift for the stairs to the boat.
